Our Mission

At Momentum Parenting, our mission is to provide you with simple and effective information and strategies to help you manage common concerns and enhance your relationship with your child. We understand that being a parent comes with its challenges, and we're here to cut through confusion and address concerns that parents face.

Momentum Parenting encompasses the ideas of using research-based, effective parenting strategies to help your children grow into successful, thriving adults. In today's fast-paced, social media influenced world, it can be overwhelming for parents to navigate the many opinions about the best way to raise children. That's why we have made these strategies simple and easy to implement. We believe that parenting should not require memorizing conversation scripts or feelings of inadequacy. Instead, we have designed these techniques to be natural, so you can parent confidently and effectively.

Momentum Parenting courses were created by two parents, child psychologists, behavior analysts, and graduate school professors. We are in your shoes; we use these strategies in our own homes, teach our clients these same skills, and see the impact of Momentum Parenting course content every day.
